DISCLAIMER & WARRANTY:
Each piece that I create is 100% unique and is different from any other keepsake. All photos on the website are intended to serve as examples only and cannot be recreated exactly.
Warranty:
Near & Dear Cherished Keepsakes offers a manufacturing warranty that covers defects after proper keepsake jewelry care has been followed religiously. This covers things such as cured resin separating from bezel, keepsake stone coming out of setting, breastmilk keepsake stone drastically changing in color. If a problem arises email me directly, and a resolution will be determined. If it is deemed necessary that a keepsake jewelry piece be mailed back to Near & Dear Cherished Keepsakes for replacement or repairs then I will cover shipping cost.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given after 7 days from the purchase date. Within the 7 days, each refund is case-by-case and not guaranteed since each piece is made specifically for you, and a final decision will be made at the discretion of Near & Dear Cherished Keepsakes. After you receive your jewelry, I do not offer refunds.
Order Changes:
Once an order is placed you have a 24-hour grace period to make a change to a product/size selection. To do this just email me directly, and I will change it for you and determine the cost difference if there is any. Request for order changes beyond the 24-hour grace period will be granted on a case-by-case situation at the discretion of Near & Dear Cherished Keepsakes. If 24 hours have passed, only certain changes can be made. Adding/changing design options is acceptable but email me ASAP. Once I begin making your piece, design changes will be accepted on a case-by-case basis by Near & Dear Cherished Keepsakes. If you would like to add another keepsake after shipping one to me then contact me ASAP, and ship the additional keepsake to me as soon as possible but know that it could extend your keepsake jewelry turnaround time.
Keepsake Care:
Every product sold comes with detailed instructions for its care. Please follow these proper care guidelines to ensure that your keepsake jewelry will stay looking beautiful for as long as possible. Not following the care guidelines can result in discoloration/damage to your precious Keepsake Jewelry.
Shipping Your Keepsakes:
I strongly advise against sending the very last of any precious keepsake (hair, breastmilk, ashes, clothing, etc) since these things are irreplaceable. Although, if you do choose to send me the last of a keepsake you are accepting the potential that it could all be used for the keepsake jewelry piece or lost during shipment to me.
Lost Shipments:
Thankfully this is not a common issue that arises. I include tracking with all of my shipments to you, because I want to do my best to prevent your precious keepsake jewelry from being lost. Although, if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive or is marked delivered but wasn’t please contact me and I will do my best to locate the shipment. If the shipping carrier is unable to locate and retrieve the package then we can discuss options for a replacement of the lost item. **Please note I cannot be held responsible for packages lost by the shipping company**
Turnaround Time:
The total turnaround time from the time that I receive your keepsakes and until you receive your jewelry is currently estimated to be within 6-8 weeks, but is subject to change at any time based on my current workload. Although, things like delays within the postal service, ordering around holidays, and other events that can lengthen turnaround times is outside of my control. I will update estimated turnaround times as needed.
